Bought a beautiful new modern area rug from Refined Carpet Rugs store. Stopped in to get my area rug cleaned and was told my rug was worth less than the cleaning (I appreciated the honesty). The wonderful owner didn't push me to buy a rug at all. I began around on my own and he then helped me find the perfect carpet in my price range! I highly recommend Refined Carpet/Rugs. They offered various alternatives at different price points to find the perfect solution to fit my needs. Eric and Chad were very flexible and patient as I had to deal with insurance, my association, and coordinate with my tenants. Chad also sent someone for a follow up inspection after the job was completed to ensure my tenant’s questions/concerns were addressed. Great job guys!
